The Challenge
Carla had been practicing part-time as an independent counselor with an established clientele list for years. She is looking to launch her private counseling service and develop her personal brand to stand out in the marketplace, honoring her heritage, and advocating mental health wellness through empathy.
Our challenge is to help break through the noise and mistrust in the mental health space by establishing her as a thought leader in the mental health space by showing her knowledge and credibility, along with her graceful yet no-BS approach to counseling.

Honoring Carla’s heritage, we took inspiration from the African Savana elephant and the characteristics of the African Savana elephant’s ear as it resembles the shape of the continent of Africa.
The mouth with the tusk of the elephant is curved in such a way to resemble a smiling elephant.
Combining all elements seamlessly, we implemented the design into real-life scenarios, bringing it to vibrant fruition!
